Nestled in a picturesque bay lies the capital of the Ionian island of Kefalonia: Argostoli touches the heart with charm and history. On the historic Vallianos Square, amidst cozy tavernas, life can be enjoyed to the fullest, while the Agios Spiridon church fascinates with its rich interior. The lively waterfront promenade invites you to take relaxing walks, passing the impressive harbour and bustling markets.

From the church of Santa Maria dell'Isola, visitors have a majestic view over the endless blue that surrounds the town.

Sunshine reflects in the deep blue sea, and life in Salerno strolls along the Lungomare Trieste. Known as the port of Rome, the coastal city of Civitavecchia is the starting point for discovery tours into the surrounding area. Rome delights with its impressive cultural treasures and evidence of the Roman Empire: The Pantheon, the Roman Forum and the Colosseum are just a few of the monumental highlights.

The capital of the Tuscan province of Livorno, which bears the same name, offers a fascinating mixture of historical heritage and lively harbour atmosphere. The old harbour, Porto Mediceo, is guarded by the impressive Fortezza Vecchia. Numerous canals and bridges run through the charming old town, reminiscent of the lagoon city of Venice, which is why the district is also named Venezia Nuova.

The Catalan capital Barcelona impresses with a unique mixture of history, culture and modernity. In the center is the Plaza de Cataluna, from where Roman ruins, the medieval old town and the famous Modernisme buildings such as Casa Mila and Casa Batllo can be reached. The Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece, has captivated visitors since 1882.

Above the deep blue natural harbour – one of the largest in the world – white houses climb up the hills. In the alleys of the old town, it smells of tapas, and the laughter of people sounds from small bars and across the marketplaces. The La Mola fortress guards the harbour like a silent witness of the past.
