Lüderitz/Namibia, 08:00 – 13:00 hrs
In the barren expanse of the Namib Desert, Lüderitz appears like a colorful mirage on the edge of the Atlantic. The colonial houses with their bright facades tell stories of the past, while time seems to have stood still in the abandoned ghost town of Kolmanskop. Penguins and flamingos gather at the water, nature shows itself wonderfully rough and untamed.

Walvis Bay/Namibia, arrival 08:00 hrs
Walvis Bay gently hugs the coast of Namibia, where the dunes of the Namib Desert meet the deep blue Atlantic. Flamingos and pelicans gather in the lagoon, while dolphins glide through the waves. The panorama of golden dunes and blue water seems surreal. Walvis Bay is a place where the desert and the ocean merge magically.

Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth)/South Africa, 07:30 – 19:00 hrs
Gqeberha, formerly known as Port Elizabeth, offers many sunny days and extensive beaches. The coastal city received its new name in 2021. Humewood and Summerstrand are particularly popular for long walks. The cityscape is characterized by the brick-red bell tower of the Settlers' Memorial Campanile, which commemorates the first settlers.

Mossel Bay is the perfect place for long walks along the surf. The port city was discovered by Bartolomeu Dias in 1488. The Dias Museum Complex commemorates this historical discovery. The name Mossel Bay comes from Dutch merchants who noticed the multitude of mussels. Fascinating history and natural beauty make the place a charming destination.
