Due to a tournament, we couldn't play on Saturday as planned, but we were able to get a tee time on Friday – thank goodness. This course is fascinating. It's designed for a sporty approach and, with its many doglegs, isn't the easiest to play. You should know your club lengths well.
The whole package is also perfect: a clubhouse with lunch, driving range, and pitch-putting facilities, all perfectly available.
Definitely play. But: the Finnish summer is short, and therefore many tournaments take place on the weekends, so it's better to plan during the week. Reserving tee times is also a real challenge, especially with Finnish-language websites and long winters when emails are unlikely to be read.
In general, however, the following applies to Finnish courses: you can go there even without a tee time and it will work (except on weekends, perhaps).
