A beautiful, well-maintained and spacious resort.
Ron Garl - we have played more than a dozen of his courses - has delivered a true masterpiece with the construction of this course. It is located in moderately hilly terrain, a great and challenging course in the middle of the pine forest.
Unfortunately, the course maintenance is probably the worst we have ever seen in 30 years of Florida, from the tee to the green. The first nine deserve the title “disaster” the second nine are a touch better.
We could hardly play a ball as it lay, almost all of them had to be placed. The greens were simply not playable!!!
What has been done with this course is very questionable, it doesn't deserve it!!!
The layout - without question deserves five stars - cannot make up for the lack of maintenance, two stars are still too many...
Everyone gave it two stars!!!
