Handara Golf & Resort Bali was Bali's first 18 hole golf course on the island and still continues to attract visitors and residents alike. The golf course is locatede in the central highlands of Bali and is nestled down inside the crater of an extinct volcano at an altitude of 1,142 meters above sea level. The resort is surrounded by lush green mountains, crater lakes and an equatorial rain forest, which creates dramatic backdrops for tee shots and approach shots into the well maintained bentgrass greens.

A pleasant place to play because of the climate, the first 9 in the jungle and interesting, the second less spectacular but also with beautiful trees and great vegetation. The place is neat but unspectacular. Partly the area was getting old and in need of renovation. Especially the paths between the holes are extremely bad.
