Good Test of Golf

Interesting course with great variation. Did not expect long par 5's on a nine hole course. Good mixture of short and long holes and ended up using all the clubs in the bag. In very good condition when I played it in June 2014.

Ordinary Course

Neat 9-hole course, half inside or outside of a horse field, which was open at the beginning of July. The grass also fairways and semiroughs was a little long, the greens fertilized with some so green, stinking stuff, which has somewhat deadened the fun. Otherwise quite acceptable with some water hazards and strategically good bunkers. For 15 euros a good option.

We happened to pass by. Golfing only when horse racing is announced.

Playable, but no highlight

The course is integrated into a racetrack. When we played, preparations were being made for a horse race, which has the game operation somewhat limited.
Interestingly, the holes are 5-8 (called Amen Corner), which are extremely scenic. However, the men have to beat on the track 6 from a hitting mat. In contrast, the remaining holes fall off very.
The distance data do not always agree.
For a 9-hole round the place is thoroughly recommended.
But one of the best 9-hole courses in Ireland I think is clearly exaggerated.
