Amazing course. We played end of January this fantastic course. We hired 2 caddies and we didn‘t regret it. Very useful tips. The course was moderately challenging but difficult due to the strong wind which we experienced that day. The baboons didn‘t steal any balls :). The halfway house was good. Overall great and well maintained course with good service.

it's a slightly hilly golf course allover in good shape, fair rated at 3,5*.
not too easy to play, because of trees, also in the fairways, water hazards, ravines and good, challenging greens. and it's allowed to walk. the facilities are modern and clean. good service at halfwayhouse and the 19th.
A must play Golf Course

This is probably my favourite golf course in The Garden Route. I played there quite a number of times in the first 3 months of 2017 and the course was in great condition. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition and nice and green most of the time despite the lack of rain. It is a very testing course and unlike many golf courses, is not invaded by fairway villas, instead it is nestled in a beautiful valley with trees, lakes and streams throughout.
There is an abundance of bird life including a large number of the Knysna Loerie and the wild life includes baboons and monkeys in large numbers.
The tees are not the best and would improve the golf course rating if improvements were made, also, although the bunkers are improving, additional development would also lead to this being one of the best courses in SA.
