Too bad about the beautiful layout

On our camper trip we (HCP 11 and 9) play the Blanc-Bleu course on April 19th, 2022. The DR has worn mats and the balls need to be replaced again. The lanes are laid out with a lot of variety in the spacious facility with old trees. Tees and the big greens are good so far. The bunkers are neglected, overgrown with grass and there are only rakes in every second bunker. The fairways are just about playable, but the many daisies make it difficult to spot white balls. The semi is full of shamrocks and has probably not been mowed for a long time, although the ground has been dry for days. But what bothered us the most are the countless droppings from the many large waterfowl on almost all tracks. If you want to take a shower after your round, you need time because the water containing chlorine only drips moderately from the shower. We won't play the course anymore.
