Relatively narrow course in moderate condition, greens with bare spots that have not been repaired at all or that have been poorly repaired, grass growth in bunkers, no well-kept bunker edges and often no rakes. Discounts sometimes very bad. Some greens tousled, others much better. The panorama is quite mediocre. Pro shop and restaurant not recommended.

Very nice landscaped court. Have played the Cypress course in March. Fairways in very good condition, the greens are very fast. The rough is very dense, very hard to get out and play again.

In early November have played the Oaks Course. Green fee was very fair with 39 USD including Cart from 14 clock. Course was in excellent condition with very fast greens. Unfortunately, it does quite a lot of ugly apartment buildings over, but without development rarely takes place in FL.
