This review is part of my travel blog from our vacation. Parnu Bay was our third golf stop on our roadtip. We arrived night before and had chance walk around the course and we catch a nice sunset. This place is my cup of coffee :D its stunning, love the big pine trees and clubhouse. Check in in the morning was very friendly and we were treated very well, once again I liked acceptance of Golfpiste card. We were alowed to play bit earlier so we started, course was nice and calm not many players there. Once again its pretty flat, so no problem to walk. Fairways are wide and soft, there is not much water or deep rought at this time of the year, but there is lot of waste areas. Greens are ubelivable, you really need to bring your A game. I love putting but I had problem to score, but its my fault. I would not con anything there, all is perfect. Actually only small con is that after game the restaurant was close because it was Monday. Signature holes? For me all par 3’s and 18th hole obviously. Training areas were nice as well, big drivin range and academy is awesome. Final refreshement in nice locker rooms and time to move to Niitvalja. I highly recommend, thank you for hospitality.

Actually 4.5 *

Well, I've definitely traveled a lot and played golf in many countries. But what I found here in Pärnau probably tops everything.

Location: 5*
Course Layout: 5*
Place Condition: 5*
Clubhouse Design: 5*+
Price: 5*++
Restaurant/Bar: 3.5* Why? Because it's unacceptable that you want to order a sandwich at 12:30 p.m. and they tell you they don't have it, that it's sold out, and the new one hasn't arrived yet. No, that's not possible.

Nevertheless, I will definitely come back if I am in the area.

Beautiful and fair

This spacious course is nestled between the Baltic Sea, pine trees, and heathland. A very friendly welcome, a chic yet functional clubhouse, and showers with a sauna. We (handicap 19 and 23) were only able to play holes 1-9.
The fairways are actually quite wide, punctuated by countless playable bunkers. The greens are moderately fast but true, with distinct undulations.
Conclusion: a real treat!

Very worthwhile!

Played it in 2021, but still vivid in my memory. One of the most beautiful courses I've had the pleasure of playing—a good 320 so far. Located directly by the sea, in a rather marshy area, so be sure to apply mosquito repellent before leaving the car! Numerous pine trees and many deep, deep bunkers come into play. The clubhouse towers majestically above the whole. I'd be happy to play again!

Excellent, modern links course

A great layout of a classic links course, with several holes running through pine forests. Excellently maintained fairways and wonderfully designed, difficult greens, which were very undulating but not particularly fast today and were generally in very good condition. Many greens have false fronts, meaning you often putt from the front green. There are also many long fairway bunkers that line the sides of some holes.
Add to that excellent service at reception with very friendly staff, fair prices, for example for rental clubs (unfortunately only with R shafts), and a clubhouse with a wonderful terrace for a post-round drink in the evening sun. A MUST for passionate golfers vacationing in Estonia.

A brilliant place

We played here in July and the course was in great condition. The course design was absolutely brilliant, just as you would imagine on a real links golf course. We would be happy to come back anytime.

Mega Pärnu!!!

For this place, the drive from Tallinn is a stone's throw on the top-quality roads! The place is a masterpiece in terms of modern design! Pine trees, Marshland and large bunkers flank the left-like, rock-hard fairways that were built entirely on sandy soil!
Take a mosquito repellent with you.
The maintenance condition and service is immaculate and perfect!
Only one thing clouded the round, the greens were half over, I think the extreme heat and the salty air made the greens difficult, hopefully you will get that under control again soon, it would be a shame about its mega course! Daa Fee was for the purpose of the greens on 50, - €
reduced, we've seen that before! The clubhouse meets every requirement, Pärnu is world class!
This top course suits modern Estonia!

Super Site

Scenic, the place is one of the 10 most beautiful of over 500 played squares.
Very good condition and the wild left bunker edges are visually beautiful.
Great service: we had no cart ordered and there was none available.
After 4 holes, the marshal came and brought back a prematurely returned!
Also the food was good.
If you are in the area it is also worth the 1 1/2 hour drive from Tallinn!

the food was also g

IPA estonia Friendship Week 2018

Very sophisticated clubhouse with good and friendly restoration. Unobtrusive staff. fast greens. several long fairway bunkers. green bunker in the right place. Entire complex beautifully embedded in the landscape. the 2.9 holes are accompanied by the Baltic Sea.
The partially high fees are not conducive to golfing in Estonia.

Visually very nice...

... but not everything is good.

The complex is sensational and certainly a must-play in Pärnu.

But, the green fee is expensive and play goes by the motto pay & play.

Thus everyone is allowed to play, also very slow. We were partly 5 flights on a pair 4.2 flights at play, 1 flight at the tee, 2 flights waiting.
No Marshall far and wide.
The fairways are usually very wide and straight ahead. The greens were very slow for a links course.

The course is not demanding, it lives from the situation and the optics.

Par excellence

Directly on the lake with wide fairways to the kneeling state. Geared barely less than the greens. You could even putt on the whole length, which of course you should not do. Perhaps also the potairways the reason for the quite high green fee (99 € / 18 holes / weekend). Many sand surfaces, no wonder, because the place is built on sand with the advantage that even in wet weather the place is playable. Overall also the first time fair to play without nasty surprises. The clubhouse is superbly set in the landscape and of particular architecture.

Spectacular Place

The place is new and outstanding. It goes through the forest, through dunes to the last 3 lanes along the sea. 99, - € green fees are already bordering, but it is worth it. There is a Birdiebook for free. There is also necessary, since the signposting is very poor.
Back you will be greeted by a spectacular clubhouse. In Loungsesseln you can enjoy the view of Loch 18 and the sea. If you want to complain something, then this is a shabby Dixi on the road. So make a station at the clubhouse!
