The oldest square in Portugal. Established 1890. Second oldest golf course in continental Europe. Old Clubhouse.
A links course (on the sea side) and relatively short. Parallel tracks. The narrow fairways and the constant north wind are the main difficulties. Between the beach and the railway line. But you can't really see the sea anywhere.

No rough, almost no water. But a lot of bushes. Interesting holes #11, par 5 and #16, par 3.

From old Oporto links course we had a lot expected. At the end outweighed the disappointment! Many small tree clumps of bushes flank the completely flat links course.
