Omeya is Windhoek's "premium" course! It has a clubhouse, a driving range, and putting and pitching areas. The course is long and flat, and the holes are reasonably varied. The condition is only acceptable for this region. The fairways are so sparsely covered with grass that you have to lay up carefully. There are many bare patches. The greens are okay. It's not very busy. It was annoying that buggies weren't allowed on the fairways. This unnecessarily lengthens the game and makes no sense at all. Trolleys aren't available for rent, and there are no caddies. All in all, you don't have to play this course, but if you're already there, it's not a waste of money, especially since the green fee is free twice.
