Since the current operators took over, the place has only gained momentum. Anyone who plays here regularly will have noticed the development.
The course has its pitfalls and has to be played differently. Anyone who gets involved will be rewarded with a nice round on a natural course.

Played on August 11th, 2023, handicap 12.7, cloudy.
The welcome was very nice and the on-site briefing was good. I was advised that the place had only been taken over for a year. Green fee 40 € actually great, but too much for the condition!
Practice facilities available, 4 tees covered, rest hardly maintained.
Almost all discounts were cruel, uneven, holes and felt 4 weeks not offset.
The fairways are very uneven, sometimes unkempt and when mowed, the cut was left behind.
The bunkers neglected, partially natural edge planting.
The highlight were the greens, putting was not possible at all.
I had to take a photo of a hole, because I've never seen anything like it, there wasn't even an edge of the hole.
Place is flat, some greens are elevated. Away from the fairways you will hardly find the ball, first cut sometimes triple the ball height.
Ditches come into play again and again, lanes 4,7, 10.
Lane 10 par 5 with 574m and lane 12 par 3 with 212m and strongly undulating green are quite a challenge.

Last week it was almost completely neglected, 4-5. The lowlight, however, are the bunkers whose edges are bordered with thick and dense tufts of grass, in which a ball sometimes disappears. Green 2 (par 3 approx. 180m) can only be guessed at from the tee, as the pond almost completely blocks the view for a good third of the way with trees and bushes. One cannot say that the change of operator has done the place any good and that all other reviews are for the bin, because that is simply not true. When I played it the penultimate time in the summer of 2018, it was a golf course with some blemishes - if you don't set the demands on this architecturally attractive course too high - last week it was a course on which you should and should definitely not play a tournament otherwise not if you don't want to spoil the fun of the game.
But there is still something good: The atmosphere was still relaxed, warm and friendly - both with the team and with the people / members. The food was tasty, the restaurant operators are very warm and attentive.
