At 5670 yards, the courses biggest defenses are the wind and the rough and anything less than sound ball striking and smart course management will bring angst and aggravation.
In addition to tight fairways, thick, heavy rough, fast sloping greens & numerous elevation changes there are plenty of water hazards that can have you at times pleading for religious intervention. It's not easy going 18 holes without taking at least one penalty stroke.
The river valleys diverse landscape is a perfect canvas for a memorable layout. Every hole can provide a Kodak moment if you take the time to look.
Fantastic golf, friendly staff, a well-stocked pro shop, restaurant and expansive outdoor deck offer visitors a reason to come back. There certainly is good value in having a membership at your local course and at Mannville the value doesn't get any better.
