Pretty hilly park

Played in early July 2023, HCP 15

The "Waterfall Course" is an interesting, visually appealing parkland course. Very hilly - narrow, forest-lined fairways and tricky par 3s, some with steep differences in altitude. Surprisingly, the wind also blows into the terrain at times, making the game even more difficult.

Narrowness, hills and wind also pose the greatest challenges. The bunkers are sparingly placed and can usually be taken out of play easily, water only comes into play in the form of a few ditches running across the fairways, larger ponds are searched in vain.

Visually very pretty and quiet.

Also nice: The tracks have been given names. Don't be confused, the first two are called "Sodom" and "Gomorrah" - but they're not that bad...

Not so nice: Unfortunately, the condition is not the best. Many bald spots on the fairways and especially the greens are very bumpy.

Because of the constant ups and downs and some longer distances between the lanes, the use of a cart is recommended for those who don't like it too sporty.

Conclusion: Solid 3 stars, more are prevented by the rough care condition. Nonetheless, I'd be happy to do it again if the opportunity arises. I don't have to go there again. (In the "Golf Bear Ranking": 6 out of 10 points.)
