Historic place

We played Le Mer and particularly enjoyed the first 9 holes. Many holes offer breathtaking views of the coast and the sea. The second 9, in contrast, are rather boring. Wide fairways, large greens, and excellent signage make the course a relaxed experience. Some walking is necessary between individual holes, and the first 9, in particular, are quite uphill and downhill.
The condition of the course was quite good; the greens had been sanded shortly before our visit and hadn't been "cleaned" yet, which was a shame, because otherwise the greens were very good. However, the numerous bunkers were disappointing. The bunkers consisted mainly of gravel and earth and were mostly very hard.
We did not visit the restaurants.
Very friendly staff in a great clubhouse with a small pro shop.

Not a must

We played the Mer course. The first nine holes are quite interesting with doglegs, slopes and beautiful views. The second nine are boring.
The condition of the course could be improved, only the greens were fast and true.
We cannot recommend the place.

All around beautiful place with history

We played the course in June 2023. If you are in the area it is definitely worth playing the course.
We were received very friendly at the reception.
There are two courses, we played the course Le Mer, which surprises with varied tracks.
The course condition is good, fairways and tees okay.
Bunkers and greens played well, although the pace of the greens varied.
Unfortunately, there was nothing to eat in the clubhouse after the round, which is a shame because the club terrace was very nice.
All in all a trip that was worth it.
