KCGC of CC is now overgrown with the club house torn down. The city is in negotiations with the owner and the homeowners association to revitalize the golf course.
It's a real shame. This was a premier golf course, probably the best layout in the city. I ride on the cart paths now with my mountain bike, and the place is completely overgrown with vegetation.
Hopefully, someone will take over and revitalize this jewel.
