Characteristics
Located on the idyllic tip of Askøy near Bergen, Herdla Golfklubb offers a distinctive seaside golfing experience. Designed by Scottish architect Greame Webster, this course draws inspiration from traditional links layouts and offers sea views from every hole. Sandwiched between two fjords, the course is renowned for its rich biodiversity; it is not uncommon to spot sea eagles overhead or even whales off the coast. Thanks to the mild coastal climate, the club typically offers play on summer greens year-round.
