This golfcourse is one of the best I ever played.
The course is in such a fantastic shape even if it’s only April.
Thank you so much to all friendly greenkeepers.
The restaurant with excellent food and a good service I can recommend to visit. I do hope to be back very soon.
Well maintained course

Liked the design, but play shit there always. Well maintained course. Lots of improvement some of the new holes. Restaurant managment changed. Now it is more pleasant with great variety of choices to eat. Accomodation is average need some improvement. Value for money nothing special for accomodation. Green fee is reasonable especially if buggy is included.

We, the ladies of GC Lauterhofen, were able to end the 24th golf season on one of the most beautiful, best-kept courses in the extensive region!
There is no rest for the greenkeepers; every day they mow, vacuum leaves and maintain the lawn!
It can't get any better!
We are looking forward to 2026 when we will have training days there again at the end of March/beginning of April!

We played the course in October 2024. After previous rainy weather, some of the holes were very wet.
The course is very varied. After the halfway house, it's almost like being on a different course. The holes are easy to remember. Of course, there is also an island green, lots of water, lots of sand...
What we didn't like: A slow flight in front of us, a fast flight of locals behind us who weren't afraid to play into our necks. Despite the 10-minute cycle times, I felt stressed. But that's not the course's fault.
The place is amazing, the reception is very friendly. In the restaurant, the waiters made it clear to us that they were not interested in guests today. It's a shame, really. It looked very nice.

Stayed in the associated hotel. Very friendly reception. Excellent service. Restaurant worth seeing and excellent. Top-notch golf course at a very reasonable price. Fairways and greens couldn't be better. Kudos to the greenkeeping team. It's mostly uphill and downhill, sometimes in the valley along the river, but never boring. On holes 2 and 8, you have a hard time from white: difference in length to yellow 150 and 90 m respectively! Good halfway house on hole 10 invites you to have a rest. The only small drawback is the long hitters' meadows 17 and 18 back to the clubhouse. There is an industrial area on the left-hand side. Doesn't quite fit in with the otherwise idyllic setting. But that would be complaining at the highest level. Practice facilities are generous. We'll be back!

The place is extremely close down in a forest! The height differences are so considerable that it is not a shame to use a cart!
