The layout is absolutely wonderful with a lot of slope and a few doglegs. It’s never been an issue but the previous owner of (30+) years never reinvested any money back into the course. Since the new owner (Mark Kiser) took over it’s already becoming a totally different course. He’s already made more headway in 2 months than in the previous 30 years. By next spring this will be the place to play on everyone’s list in western NC. Can’t wait to see how it turns out and I’m really excited for its future.
