The charming landscape of the Vogelsberg and the 8 newly renovated double rooms with a restaurant right on the golf course offer a pleasant ambience.
The 18-hole championship course has many water, sand and terrain obstacles, which are distributed regularly on our approx. 100 ha large space to allow maximum fun and pleasure.
Also on the driving range are all welcome - from the beginner to the professional. The joy of the golf game is at the heart of it - this also includes conviviality and comfort.

In the center of the fascinating golf course is the event gastronomy "Gutshof".
Here you will find one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the district of Lauterbach with an incomparable view of the greens, a chic restaurant, as well as 8 generously updated double rooms directly on the golf course. The rooms can also be rented for non-citizens all year round.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this course. The fairways were completely covered in mud, the bunkers (whether fairway or green) were mostly overgrown (up to 20cm high) and the greens were partially bumpy.
It's a real shame, as the layout of the courses would be much more fun to play if the course was in good condition. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

It used to be my favorite place in Hessen. Great landscape, interesting lanes, really spacious and a great condition.
But now (played in May 2020) the fairways are in a very moderate condition, the greens are a pure disaster. In addition, there was often waste from mowing in the rough. And after the Corona break, which every other golf club I have played at for the past 4 weeks has used to get its course in shape.
Incidentally, the secretariat was no longer occupied at 1:40 p.m., despite the stated opening hours until 2:00 p.m. (but the door was already open, only far and wide no staff).
