Very well maintained. Thumbs up for the greenkeepers. Interesting to play. The greens are exciting and well maintained. The course forgives the odd mistake, without constantly having to search for the ball. The sea holes have already been mentioned several times and are already a highlight.
The reception was friendly and helpful. Hole 19 is very new and in a great location on the course. The changing rooms and showers are very modern. Everything a golfer could wish for is there.
There are 4 places for motorhomes that can stand independently.

The golf course was designed in an open landscape as an inland links course.
Rugged, large bunkers and rough areas, waves, dune hills and ponds were modeled accordingly. The fairways are hard and quite short mowed. Tees on small islands were partially integrated into the ponds. There are no large trees on the course - except for one, on lane 1, in the middle of the fairway.
The defense of the course consists of wind and the huge, hard, fast and strongly undulating greens - typical of the left.
Lanes 16 and 17 are not left typical at all and definitely a highlight at the end of the round. Lane 16 runs around the end of the Hufeisensee, which has to be played over from the tee to the fairway. Hole 17 follows as a par 3, men play from white or yellow completely over the full width of the lake to the green on the opposite bank. Ladies will remember their tee shot from red even longer: this is on a floating pontoon halfway across the pontoon bridge across the lake. You won't find this anywhere else in this form.
In the stylish "Seeterrassen" restaurant, you sit directly on the green of hole 18 and can look out over the extensive golf course from there.
We were there with the mobile home. Special highlight:
At the parking lot you stand on the edge with an unobstructed view far into the golf course.

The place is very young, and you can tell that very much. Many young trees were planted. The course is flat, but the greens are very hilly and sometimes difficult to play. Since the trees are not yet fully grown, the place is very open. You can see practically every hole from every hole. Mistakes like slice or hook are never penalized, you can always play on other fairways. Otherwise, the place still has small imperfections. The rough is currently more dirt than green (but that's probably also because of the drought). During our visit it was about 35 degrees, but you won't find any shade on this site. We would be happy to come back in 10-15 years when the site is older and has been cleaned up even more finely.

I played an after-work round at the beginning of May - no green fees due to the Golf Plus agreement. One noticed on the course, especially on the first nine holes, that it hadn't rained in weeks. First of all, the lady in the office was sensational. We had an e-cart and were looking for tea 1. She came after and showed us the way. After 9 holes we stopped due to the strong wind and wanted to treat ourselves to a warm coffee in the restaurant. Allegedly everything was occupied there, despite the yawning emptiness. Then we wanted to drive back, and when I turned around I sat on a boundary stone (after 50 years of driving license). The nice lady then organized 2 greenkeepers to get the cart ready to go again. Thanks again.
It's a shame, we would have liked to continue playing, but the cold and the wind were annoying, especially for my wife.
One more point. Better route descriptions would be desirable. We'd love to come back when the opportunity arises.
