First, you failed to mention that the greens – as announced on all our platforms – were currently being aerated. Well, what also seems to have escaped you is that you chose a day for your visit when our restaurant is closed. This, too, would have been easily apparent to you beforehand. Last year the course conditions were catastrophic, a new greenkeeper team is trying to eliminate the major defects. This has generally been a success, the fairways are in very good condition, the greens are on the right track but are still too soft and therefore relatively slow.
Some of the bunkers have been removed, especially on holes 6 and 7.
Unfortunately, hole 7 has lost its appeal due to the loss of the large fairway bunker.

The first 9 holes on this varied course lead down or run in the green Laudach Valley, the second 9 predominantly have sloping fairways and are sometimes difficult to play. The course maintenance is okay, but nothing more, the greens are rather small and not undulating too much.
Overall, the course suffers a little from the very sloping last lanes, but a nice lap is always possible.
The clubhouse has a beautiful view, the restaurant has a wonderful terrace and an attractive range.

After more than 700 seats, I have already experienced almost everything, but I have still experienced so much warmth and hospitality (by the way, generally on all seats on the Attersee)! Drinks were brought to us in the car and a regional schnapps was served!
