The 9-hole course is scenically beautiful, varied and quite challenging. To put it in context: we are advanced (re-)beginners. The (men's) tee on the 2nd hole is wonderful with many options, all of which are quite intimidating.
The club members took over the site after the previous operator went bankrupt and are very committed to the cause.
We were there with our motorhome and were able to stay overnight right next to the clubhouse.

The course has been run and maintained by the club members themselves since this year and is in good condition. It is not an elite course, although the greens are almost suitable for one. The courses are not always easy to play and every now and then a ball gets lost. For us, however, it was the most beautiful round we have played in a long time - the nature and the friendly hosts were simply great. We will be back!

This charming 9-hole course is just a few kilometers from the A20 motorway, south-east of Rostock. The course is scenically appealing and varied with water hazards. The tracks are located in a hilly landscape around an old sugar factory and are lined with forest and fields. The course is larger than most 9-hole courses, the greens are fast and mostly in pretty good condition. After the round we enjoyed coffee and delicious cakes on the terrace. The club manager is helpful and very friendly. The price-performance ratio is right here, green fee for 9 holes: 35 euros or 40 euros at the weekend, with Albrecht voucher 2:1 in each case half.

A really varied, exciting golf course with some very difficult holes. (545mtr) Unfortunately no good, very hard, very bumpy fairways (I was advised before the start that this was a natural course where only tees and greens were built). According to the rules of the area, better laying is allowed.

On the way back from Balmer Lake, we have inserted a 9 hole stopover. After a very warm welcome and a good explanation of the place we started on the 9 hole round and were very pleasantly surprised. The place has an example of maintenance, fast and super well-kept greens and fairways (only a few dry spots and damage) The railways sometimes have wide fairways and are in turn also imaginatively designed and sporty. Always worth a stop!
Landscape: The course has been designed around a lake. Within sight is the old sugar factory, a beautiful brick building from the industrial age.
