Nice place in great condition

The place is in very good condition and the secretariat is very friendly and helpful.
The course is not easy to play due to the many slopes, although most of the holes are straight ahead. But this is precisely what constitutes the challenge. In terms of landscape, some holes are really very beautiful, but with others you can hear the rustling of the nearby motorway. But it's not really annoying.
All in all, definitely recommendable. I'll be back when I'm around

We played the course with our Friday round. The reactions were friendly to rather restrained. The club house and the practice area are kept quite simple. Very friendly staff.
The place itself is rather boring. Except maybe two or three lanes, which are a bit tricky. The fairs are more like meadows. Greens were ok, some of the bunkers were just being refilled with sand.

I've played the course a few times now. We won't become friends forever. Yes, it is a "Harradine place", unfortunately rather below average.

My wife and I were on the 7th of May within our 500% GC Steigerwald membership and I am very impressed with this place.
The start started the day before with a very friendly lady in the secretariat and a friendly reception the next morning.
The fairways and greens were in a top condition. After a small ascent to the TEE 1, the round begins with a PAR 5 followed by other nice holes to play. A good warm up for holes 5 to 9.
At the 5 it goes into the valley, a beautiful hole with water left and forest right with a decent slope on the course. The 6 then goes up the mountain again with a slight dogleg to the right and a flag in a valley. The following PAR 3 uphill followed an "island green" as the 8 and as a conclusion a tricky 90 degrees Dogleg PAR 4 as number 9.
The second 9 are also interesting. Surely the tee of the 13 is an eye-candy. For the gentlemen still somewhat elevated, one has an impressive view into the valley. The sharp dogleg has to be played precisely in the approach, since the green threat is threatened. Just in the valley, it is then on the 14 up on the mountain.
