Characteristics
This beautiful golf course is situated south of Munich in the midst of the Five Lakes Country only a few miles away from the town of Starnberg. The first nine holes are laid out on rather level terrain, while the second nine holes are laid out in a typical moraine region, thus requiring golfers to climb a few hills. The open fairways only seemingly offer a safe game: the skillful arrangement of bunkers and water hazards calls for a quite strategic approach.

Excellent challenge and facilities

Excellent course in great condition even in November, the club staff were very helpful and the driving range facilities were not only good but free for members and guest a like. I would join if the annual fees weren't too high but then again this is something that can be said about most golf clubs in Germany or at least in the Munich area. I would defintely recommend it to others and will be gladly going back again to play in the future.

Played at the end of September. Very friendly welcome and a lovely welcome gift. The course was in absolutely superb condition! Very forgiving due to the wide fairways!

We played a green fee evening round in mid-July 2025.
We received a very friendly welcome. The first nine holes are very pleasant and enjoyable to play. From the 10th hole onwards, it becomes very hilly.
The beautiful course is in a truly tranquil setting. The superbly maintained fairways are wide and forgiving, and the greens are large and fast.
We also found what we were looking for in the pro shop and received friendly advice.
The large terrace invites you to take a breather after the game; unfortunately, due to a previous tournament, we were unable to try the menu.
We would be happy to play another round when we get the chance.
