Great facility, a dream come true!

We were there on a weekend in late summer and were able to try out a lot of things. We really liked the motorhome space alone. Everything was tip top clean and well maintained. The golf course is great. Whether it was disc golf, soccer golf or hitting golf balls, it was a lot of fun.
The catering was also great.
We received a great welcome, everyone was very nice. Tours were also offered and we took advantage of this. An all-round great experience and worth every euro.
We will be back!

This weekend I was in Mudau for the first disc golf open. I found a great course. Perfect service from the staff. Especially the sports manager Mr. Hollbach is a perfect organizational talent. Know the place from before was very nice in the Odenwald.
What we have found before now is a mess of soccer players and frisbee players sharing the greens.
There are a lot of flags on the pitch, most of them for footballers.
Fortunately, the secretary told us: the red flags apply to us and not the blue ones.
The whole thing for €110 per person is a bit much.
Also in the parking lot we were treated strangely, we were told to park further back, supposedly for better guests? Although we paid full program.

The whole thing is like a big construction site everywhere with big excavators, filled soil and a lot of dust.

One should probably consider the value of regular golf at this club given the fact that both football golf and disc golf are played in parallel on the regular fairways. This is more of a children's entertainment facility than a golf course.
Completely ignorant greenkeepers who go about their work with brushcutters 5m next to the player are just as symptomatic of the lack of understanding of golf on this course as 40t trucks actually running ON the course, which cause gigantic dust plumes and completely broken paths.
It's just so ridiculous here that we could only laugh.

You can't imagine what's on offer here. But at least 2 birdies were in it, but one only because a straight and just over 200m long track was relabeled as a par 4...

A few days ago we played 18 holes together with a member of GC Mudau. The course was in great shape: fairways like carpet, well kept greens (a bit slow but challenging and in good condition) and a fair rough (probably mown recently). The tracks are sometimes really tricky - long tracks alternate with short, but where you should leave the driver better, not to get into trouble.
The reception in the Secretariat, or the Proshop was friendly, and the staff in the restaurant was very pleasant.

I played the course at an After Work tournament and therefore only met the first 9 holes. These tracks were excellent. The course is very long and has wide fairways, but no boredom, larger ponds in the middle of the fairways or green bunkers make the game demanding. The place condition was excellent. The landscape is great, sometimes you have wide views over the landscape, sometimes you play through a forest path. Also the members I was allowed to get to know were very pleasant.
