Nice setting, narrow fairways, interesting play

Lying in the narrow valley of Schruns next to the main road "Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse" the course uses a narrow strip of land for its 9 holes. Looking at the confined area, the realisation is creative and interesting. Sand, water and forest - you will see everything. Enough water to sell "lake balls" in the shop. Beer garden terrace and clean showers. A bit disturbing was the noise from the main road along the fairways, but the panoramic view of the mountains does overcompensate that.

We spent a week in Vorarlberg as part of the Lionstrophy by Harrison Businesswear.
Very well maintained, flat 9-hole course with 6 par 3,2 par 5 and one par 4.
The small, undulating greens make the course difficult and one should not be fooled by the number of par 3 holes. The clubhouse and restaurant are "small but nice" and extremely friendly.
All in all it was a great day of golf!

Played the beginning of August, 16 HCP:
For a short round of golf okay... 6 x par 3 holes. Tracks are rather narrow and sometimes other players may be endangered by the discounts.
Some holes distributed in the village. Driving range a few hundred meters from the clubhouse.
Well priced. Nice staff. Good and cheap food. Clubhouse reminiscent of après-ski. But this also has its appeal.
All in all, well kept place. For a short round of golf with Berpanorama it is worth allemals.
