The golf course is situated in a beautiful landscape on a slightly undulating terrain. Only a small number of hazards such as water hazards and bunkers was set up on the course. Water features such as streams and ponds were laid out at 5 holes. While 22 of the total of 59 bunkers serve to protect the holes, 37 were set up to protect the greens. All in all, the course comprises 4 easy, 11 moderately difficult, and 3 difficult holes.

We decided at short notice to choose Bad Abbach as our destination and were not disappointed.
We received a friendly and welcoming welcome both on the phone and when we met in person at reception.
From the car park to the driving ranch and to T1, it is a short distance everywhere.
The course itself was in good condition, although the fairways could have been mown a little shorter. After the heavy rain of the last few days, this was probably not possible in such a short time.
The greens were really in top condition.
Overall, the complex is very beautifully laid out.
Conclusion: a successful day of golf, we will definitely come back.

First of all, the staff (greenkeeper, secretary, etc.) are all super friendly.
The course is very well maintained and very challenging for golf beginners like me. More water hazards would have been nice, but that's complaining at a high level. The constantly changing altitude is also worth mentioning.
I would actually give it 5 stars, but neither of the drinks machines are connected. There are drinking water taps scattered around the site, but I would much prefer drinks machines.
I will play this course regularly and am looking forward to more rounds on the golf course

A very well-maintained course with very good, large and undulating greens. The course is mown fairly, which is necessary given the differences in height and the occasional blind shots. The differences in height to be overcome are large and an E-chart is recommended for averagely athletic golfers.
The holes are very varied and each has its own charm.
Long hitters will also get their money's worth on a par 5 with 560m uphill. If you don't like bunkers, you should avoid attacking the green on some holes and opt for a targeted chip or pitch. The clubhouse is beautifully located and the secretary was very friendly.
