Wellness is great there

I played there this year twice. In the begining of the year and in October. This resort offers variety of activities from golf to tennis and wellness. I will start with golf course. Design is flat with lots of water and with most sand traps in Czech. Greens are nice wide not difficult to read. Speed is always higher then anywhere else. Teeboxes are flat with lot of space. The worst thing there are fairways, wide however with not enough grass and could be softer. When fnishing your round do not put much hope into 19th hole. To me and to many other friends it is so called “the weakest link” service is always poor, slow and not much friendly. Suggest to stay in hotel however go for dinner into the city. Best place in this resort is the wellness after the game. Private saunas with jacuzzi. So overall worth to play there few times (2x) per year is good, the price for the game is fair.

Best Place

This place was the surprise of our golf trip through the Czech Republic. Very varied and a rarely good place design. Heavy tracks (eg track 11 with 600 m (!) Length and elevated green, well protected by bunkers) and then again relatively light holes the birdie chances offer each golfing heart beat faster. The condition was very good, the greens in the best condition and even hooked balls in the side Rough were to be found. Many greens on the absolutely flat place are elevated and protected by up to 10 bunkers. The perspective of tee-off on par 3 of the 4th track or the 13th track is almost frightening... Fixed cart paths between the holes facilitate the very long golf course. The lake in the center of the square only comes into play on the 16th and 17th lanes.
Clubhouse has all the amenities and staff extremely friendly. This place is a long journey value.

Top-conditioning

rather expensive, but very nice and well-kept place, so price-performance adequately, with many bunkers and water more challenging, with relatively straight game and rather wide fairways but playable even with good scores, very nice clubhouse with good and not overpriced catering

Place is "on track" more beautiful than in the photos

desirable: better signage on site (place located outside a small town), website in German and English (there are usually several times in the Czech Republic)

Place a five-star facility in accordance with - well worth the journey - (almost) in a league like Karlovy Vary and Charles Stein
