Friday relaxation

This year I did not had chace to play here, so we decided to play there today during this nice Indian summer. When you enter resort you have on the right side the public 9hole course. Those holes are not in good shape. Greens were OK but fairways were dry and hard. Nevertheless we played 18holes course. Will start with restaurant, good looking place with decent daily menu for decent price. Do not expect food porn. Just average restaurant. Staff there is I would say bored with their job. They treat well members and returnig guests. You see smile and chat. Newcomers will got cold smile. Training facilities are big enough and well maintained. Fee include range balls. Not common at other places. Lets go to course. From first look you can see that they were hit by this summe heat however, they had enough water for greens and fairways. Teeboxes were not good they are bumpy and not much juicy. Fairways were green enough, so keep your ball on fairway, they are wide enough. There are no semiroughs, only deep roughs, dry but still pretty deep. Course is very hard so balls rols a lot and you will be very long. Greens there are well maintained, they are slow about 6 speed. Value for money is just average. It is a bit higher because a location close to Prague.

Flat, wide, somewhat monotonous

From a purely playful point of view, the place is fine. Heideland type, very flat, very wide, you can usually go full length, and the doglegs can usually be shortened because the rough in between is also playable. There is only relevant water on two par 3s.

However, due to the relative uniformity of the tracks, it eventually becomes a bit monotonous. There are no spectacular views all around either.

I didn't play the short course next to it, but the condition looked worse than that of the main course.
