The 27 holes, planned by John Burns, are situated in Prague. The course is famous for its hilly fairways and its wooded and very long courses. The greens are very and are compared with the best greens of the world. The Public Course with 9 holes ist also open to golf enthusiasts without course maturity.

Golf with soul.

Konopiste golf is one of the most famous and used to be one of the best courses in Czech. Golf course is recently strugeling due the few competition in neigborhood. I like course very much, Radecky to me was always more challenging and more competitive. Este is it boring. I can see a bit drop down quality of maintanence. They do have great facilities there, like the spa and accomodation in new houses. Castle need reconstruction. The weak point is restaurant, no doubt they made best Svickova there, but thats it. Inside of restaurant is same for last 20 years.
Back to course be prepared for soft greens, narrow fairways on front nine of Radecky. Overall I always enjoy to come back and value for money is also average, not crazy expensive.

We played both courses as part of the Lions Trophy with a group of 20 players.
However, the practice facility was in good condition, and the practice green was quite undulating. The course maintenance was in very good condition. The greens were rather fast.
Both courses are very hilly, so renting a buggy is recommended.
The restaurant offered very good Czech cuisine and the waiters were very friendly.

...with mature trees. Beautiful, interesting fairways, including a top par 3, characterize this course. The par 3 on the 6th hole is the highlight of this course, 147 meters from the yellow over the water, with magnificent trees and beautiful vegetation. The final hole is also exciting, requiring tactical play.
Fairways good, but with some heat damage, bunkers with soft sand, greens relatively large and very undulating.
Better information boards at the tee would be ideal, as the course is very hilly and there are therefore many “blind” holes.
