Characteristics

The modern clubhouse, with view on 5 tees and 5 greens, doesn't leave anything to be desired. Additionally the golfers have the opportunity to improve their technique on the large training course. A quick note beforehand: My assessment refers to the past year, not the year 2026.
We booked a tea time without any hassle (presumably because the facility isn't really well received, which is understandable based on previous reviews).
In fact, the price for the buggies is not justified considering their condition. Especially when you compare them to buggies at many other resorts in Mallorca.
However, the real shockers were two other points:
Firstly, at reception we were made to pay for everything, only to be told AFTERWARDS that some areas of the course (including an entire lane) were unplayable.
The question about a reduction in the green fee was not even answered.
Secondly, some greens (especially on the front fairways) looked like a patchwork quilt. Rows of cut-out squares had simply been inserted into the greens, so that in some places they resembled a chessboard. Naturally, these edges were also clearly noticeable when putting and significantly reduced the enjoyment of the game.
The view from the terrace was a positive aspect, but due to our dampened enthusiasm for the game, we only enjoyed a beer there before leaving.
Our conclusion:
We played it to be able to review it. But we certainly won't be coming back.
Regarding the comment about the supposedly "expired" voucher, it should be noted that the printed date is irrelevant, as Spain has a 5-year statute of limitations, meaning the operator should have redeemed the voucher or refunded the money.

We have been playing the course regularly for many years.
Unfortunately, the condition of the course has steadily deteriorated. On the last visit, the greens were poor and overgrown with weeds. Sad.
For health reasons, we had to use a cart. €47 for a 20-year-old "jam" without GPS is a rip-off.
Tee times, however, were easy to get. The reasons mentioned above may be one reason.
We still find the design interesting.

Varied parkland course

I played the course in January 2025. The course is varied, leading through pine forests as well as flat open terrain. The fairways are beautifully designed, but it is not until the second nine that they become really exciting and challenging. Overall, though, it is beautiful and manageable on foot.
