Nestled in a dreamlike setting and combined with Lake Achensee, it's a dream.
I really like this attention to detail, and Sarah in the office is simply a highlight and knows what she's doing.
New restaurant with extremely good pizza and lovely hosts.
Lake Achensee remains my favorite place.

One of the most beautiful courses I know. Despite the persistent extreme heat, the fairways were in top condition, and the slightly undulating greens were immaculate and lightning fast (thanks to the ironing machines!). My favorites are holes 3,4, 16, and 18, where you have to play over the ravine twice (which was dry, though). The course has gentle slopes and inclines throughout, but is still very fair to play. The pot bunker and the 70-meter putting green also make the practice area very interesting. Unfortunately, there isn't a pot bunker on the course yet; perhaps one will be added someday? I had to cut my round short on the evening of August 2nd, 2026, due to a thunderstorm, but was able to finish it without any problems the following morning. Thank you for your accommodating manner!

Another fantastic week spent at Lake Achensee, I had the pleasure of playing the Achensee golf course three times. Excellent.
The welcome at the club was incredibly warm; Sarah is a ray of sunshine for me. She goes above and beyond. She's already given me playing partners twice – simply fantastic! So we've arranged to meet again. Last day was extremely hot, 37 degrees Celsius, but once again the service was top-notch. The club manager, Ms. Gstatter, drove around the course bringing everyone a cold cooling towel. Thank you so much!
