Friendliest golf club in the world...

We dropped in on a Saturday morning to play. There was a tournament starting and they suggested we come back early evening. The place was pumping. Music playing, people dancing, and everyone having a great time. We wanted to go back. We went back early evening and used their practice green and then played 6 holes. It's a stunning course with a very interesting and for some holes challenging layout. When we had finished the members were still socialising and having a good time. We were putting our gear back in the car when two members approached us with a beer. They invited us back to their tournament on the Sunday and it was s heap of fun. They were so welcoming to two Kiwis. I have never experienced hospitality like this anywhere. No hesitation in recommending this Club. Best I've been to.

The fairways are sometimes very narrow and you have to keep a good eye on the following flights (a few nets / a bell after clearing the green would be good)

Played in the rain in a friendly environment and a course not easy in some places. Particularly kind staff (he loaned us the umbrellas, without which we could not have completed the course!). Ellissiomo panorama, a wonderful experience in crossing the river twice. Surely we go back this summer. I hope without rain. The only drawback: not easy to find due to poor signage.
