Great course, in good condition and very friendly service from all the staff. Spectacular setting in a valley with high mountains around you. It takes about 1 1/2 hours drive from Nice but it definitely was worth it!

We stopped here for the first time in 2001, shocked by the events in New York, a peaceful oasis. The atmosphere was depressed and the scores were really bad - it was almost impossible to concentrate.
For years we had the plan to revisit the courses that were under these events.
The course, which opened in 1992, had already received the highest consecrations back then, and today it is ranked 25th in the list of the Top 100 France.
We can follow Kalle, the high plateau and the mountain panorama make up for it.
We know of over a dozen courses built by Gary Player, all very good - most world class like this one.
An hour and a half drive from Cannes to get here - it's fine for a day trip - we're staying a little longer. Just getting there is something special.

Of all the places previously played in more than 20 years, Chateau Taulane I still like best! The place was always in good 1000m (been there several times) in excellent condition, clubhouse, pro shop, hotel, the entire facility is very well equipped, friendly staff... what more could you want.
