Located in the Burgundy region at Savigny-sur-Clairis, Golf de Clairis offers a peaceful escape into nature. Designed by architect Michaël Fenn in 1974, the 18-hole course (Par 72) winds through a vast forest of oak trees. While the terrain is notably flat, making it a pleasant walk, the layout is technically demanding; the tree-lined fairways require strategic placement and precision. The facility also features a friendly clubhouse with a terrace, complete practice areas, and a dedicated 9-hole FootGolf course.

The golf course is at an amusement park with bungalows, reminiscent of the communist era in the former Eastern Bloc countries. Fairways end of May 2011 were totally burnt and dry. It's a shame because the design space can be described as very successful.
Club house in need of renovation. Obviously nothing is invested quite some time.
