Characteristics
Not far from the German border, golf course architect Christopher Städler designed the 18-holes championship course. It was created from the monotonuous “moon land“ of a former brown coal mine. The slightly undulated ground of the course is suggestive of a typical atmosphere of a Scottish links - large greens, deep bunkers, wide fairways and wind.

We played here on July 22,2025 and were completely satisfied.
A beautiful, well-maintained golf course with very friendly staff, excellent condition, and fairways you'd never dream of. There are a few ups and downs, but no one gets out of breath here. The greens were also top-notch, though not particularly fast.
The main building, as well as the 4-star Golf & Wellness Hotel on site, are brand new, and we're planning a golf week there next year. The pro shop is, to put it mildly, very small, in stark contrast to the very decent restaurant.

The course still has interesting, varied holes and is in average condition. There was not much to complain about with the old rates. That has changed a lot recently: previously 1350, now 1900 czk. Seniors 1500 czk. Seniors' day Tues. and Thurs. 950 czk. If you have a voucher book, you get the most expensive rate and then half of that. It makes a big difference whether you pay with crowns or euros. The reception and restaurant are businesslike. You don't get the feeling that you are warmly welcomed. Changing rooms and showers in a deplorable state. You have to bring your own towels. They should take a leaf out of the book of green fees in the surrounding area. A new hotel is currently being built next to the clubhouse. As a result, there is construction noise on holes 1,9, 10 and 18.
