Centrally located gas-friendly place in good condition

This weekend I had the pleasure of playing two beautiful 18-hole rounds at the GC Oberneuland course.
Since I already knew 6 weeks ago that I wanted to play on these days, I started communicating with the club very early on. The communication was always very friendly and, above all, timely.
Even though the course was only aerated last week, it was in a playable condition and was evidence of a great greenkeeping team.
Playing as a guest on a foreign course is not always easy and I think everyone knows what I mean by that.
For the GC Oberneuland, however, I have to say that I was warmly welcomed by the club members on both days and accompanied around the beautiful parkland course. Let's just call it a golf family :-)

The 18-hole course is located not far from the center of Bremen. I know of no real championship course in a German city with such a central location. The parkland course boasts plant diversity and its great condition. Golferisch the narrow tracks are paired with plenty of water really demanding. It requires a precise game, especially off the tee.
