The course of the Golf Clzub Mnich presents one of the longest championship courses of the country. The first 9 holes were opened in 2004, since 2005 there are 18 holes at your disposal. Together with the nearby Golf club Nová Bystrice it is also know as Golf Resort Monachus and is situated only 3 km away from the Golf Resort Haugschlag in Austria.

The clubhouse has to be pretty new. Perfect ambience, good food and service despite the language barriers.
Absolutely worth a trip. Better and cheaper than the neighbors in the Leading Resort in Haugschlag.

I played the course on Monday 15 August 2016th The welcome was warm and the lady at the front desk helpful. Everything - drinks, snacks on the go, stroke saver and Cart - was, as I pre-ordered by phone, ready. The clubhouse is located on a beautiful location overlooking some of the fairways. The infrastructure in and next to the clubhouse is fair to good. The course is situated in a very beautiful landscape and has lots of beautiful and sometimes quite challenging fairways. The tee boxes, fairways, and obstacles are well maintained and had the time of my visit majority in a very good condition. Only the Greens - sometimes play critical - deserve no satisfactory assessment, which is a real shame. They were not well maintained, some with larger, non-vegetated sites and yawning slowly. Considering the fact that the rest of the space was in a really good position, this seems to somewhat puzzling. Overall, I rate the Golf Club Mnich as well. I will certainly come back and play again.
