I cannot agree with the previous speaker, except for the friendly reception: In Sept. 2026:
Fairways in terrible condition, tee markers dilapidated, some parts not found.
No distance markers, fore-greens wilderness, greens bumpy, first three holes with road noise.
Of the layout, only lanes 7-9 are worth mentioning.
