Have played this course several times in the past few years and was mostly satisfied despite the very high green fee. The location and the layout are really good. The par 4 holes even very sporty overall! Without start times, it was always possible to play through quickly. A drink on one of the most beautiful golf terraces is a must. The interior of the clubhouse is also very successful.
Unfortunately, a big minus is the condition of the greens. Not to compare with the top resorts in the region!!! The greenkeeping team still has a lot of potential here! With better course maintenance, the golf club Hammetweil could well compete with facilities such as Schönbuch and Solitude.

Played on 15/10. with very good space - despite some rainy weather. Fairways and greens are absolutely very good and the reception exceptionally friendly. Restaurant and terrace also appealing. I would like to play at any time the place again and would recommend this to other guests. Varied and never boring, both higher and lower HCP should get their money.
