Characteristics
The Golf Club Gstaad-Saanenland was founded in 1962. Today, the club can offer its guests a technically unique course in a charming mountainous landscape at the foot of the Hornberg in the Saanenmöser region. The golf course is situated at an altitude of 1 400 m and is only a 15 minutes' drive away from Gstaad. It is a beautiful, natural golf course, surrounded by meadows and a very old stock of trees.

Fits to Gstaad

I always like to come to the Gstaad region - otherwise there is nowhere such a great combination of luxury and alpine culture. The Golf Club Gstaad (above the village Saanenmöser about 15 minutes away from Gstaad) fits in well. You drive over a narrow alpine road into the middle of the ski area and land at a great clubhouse with just such a restaurant. The driving range motivates (downhill, the balls fly great ...), the course is varied. Despite the pre-Alpine environment, there are quite a few flat, but also some very steep fairways - you can already get a breath of fresh air. Overall, the course is fun, even if you occasionally lose a ball that would be easy to find on a less exposed course.

For me, in Switzerland one of the most beautiful places. Challenging as it goes up and down. It's not all :-) This just makes it more special! Reception very friendly and even let players play PR (1 time per season) and this without grumbling and growling :-) Ideally, if one plays at 8:00 in the morning and then eat at the Club Restaurant, this is GREAT! Enjoy the beautiful mountain area with beautiful nature!
