Characteristics
The Golf Club is situated in the city centre of Mommenheim in the Rhine-Main area. It was laid out on a terrain of 200 acres and is characterised by its natural design in a diversified landscape that provides a view of the vineyards. The relatively wide fairways do not feature "blind" holes and provide a fair challenge to experienced golfers as well as beginners due to their spacious greens teeing grounds.

Yesterday we played this beautiful course despite the wet conditions. The fairways and greens were in top condition. You rarely see something like that. No grass clippings, no leaves, well mown and a beautifully mown grass path from the tee to the fairways. A great idea. The tracks are varied and easy to play. We would like to come again. Not a single bunker was freshly prepared, but "rain hard". We were 6 players each from 6 different clubs who competed in the RMKL competition.
I still give four points, because the club did not deserve a devaluation because of the bunker conditions.
Two very nice ladies in the secretariat welcomed us in a friendly and helpful manner.
