Unique & Friendly

9 holes course requiring shotmaking with short irons and precise tee shots. Hilly with a few blind shots and big changes in elevation. The small greens will reward good approaches and the narrow fairways make for many options in club selection. Challenging landscape with incredible views. Very friendly staff, great clubhouse facilities, and an excellent restaurant with a nice terrasse. Play Axenstein to enjoy a relaxing round of golf, an athletic walk, and to score very well when your game is on. Difficult not to smile when in Axenstein!

Hello dear golfer, thank you very much for the excellent assessment of our offer. We strive to offer you a nice time and to welcome you again at any time. After all, a day of golf should offer a lot of relaxation and culinary well-being in addition to sport.
The Axenstein golf course is small and fine. The kitchen has something for everyone. In the secretariat we find birdies and pars for you and make sure that you get good playing partners on the way.
Thank you for your visit - see you soon

Great experience

The course is short, but still a nice challenge. Straight, precise play is particularly in demand. The panorama up here is simply incomparable. The view of Lake Lucerne, the Urner Mountains, Pilatus, Rigi and Mythen is simply unique. The restaurant with its extremely friendly staff offers very fine meals. The operation up here is very family-run and the hospitality is very warm! I will definitely come back!

Positive Surprise

A comment in advance... You can not compare readily with Parkland courses in the lowlands and so any assessment will be very subjective this place.
The views of the Urner mountain world, Lake Lucerne and the Schwyzer myths are spectacular and unique. For this reason alone be lhnt the detour to Morschach.
The tracks are short and tight partly together what special attention calls. The club has done a lot in terms of security, but it remains partly tricky, especially in "blind" blows at the 1,3 and 7. The differences in altitude are considerable. For this you can be on the road with "small luggage". Driver and 3 wood does not need one. Accurate iron play is announced. Many who ridiculed the place as "Mickey Mouse course" had after the round 5 balls less in the bag. If then blows the notorious south foehn it comes to the crunch.
The staff at the Secretariat and the restaurant are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It is relaxed and loose. The offer is good and well priced. The green fee is cheap by Swiss standards. Too bad that the driving range is lacking, but it can not be perfect.

Berplatz with great views

Coupierter mountain place, not too long holes and still not be underestimated. Not too clear. Mindfulness of other players is necessary because the paths partially intersect.

Well maintained, very friendly staff. It empfiehl to go with the carrier bag.

Great views of small and large Myths on Lake Uri

The 9 hole course is situated in a fantastic location above Morschach with great views of the myths and the Lake Lucerne.
Very well worth the terrace of the club Restaurantes public. After the round, you should buy a cup of coffee in any event or enjoy a long and enjoyable break.

At Tuniertagen you can select the start time on the day and gets to be individually assigned flight.

The place is not well suited for players with a disability because there are significant differences in height.

By nature it is more of a short course on a very small area and with narrow fairways. You usually do not need a driver if they did, then the hole 3 and 6

The play on the court is absolutely dangerous in my view.

I therefore advise to permanent attention to flying balls and to me it seems useful if you can not play perfectly accurate and knows the place to play only as far as you can see.

Already on hole 2 start dangers. It is relatively easy to attack the green 256 yards away with the first blow. In a bad shot but you also meet like this, the reductions of the hole 3, the clubhouse, careless visitors or Player of coffee on the way to the flag of the third hole. all areas that you practically can not see.
Really deadly attacks are then on the next hole, the hole 3 possible.
Man hitting from a height 256 meters directly on the green or on a right-facing surface of the fairway at 160 to 190 meters.
If you hit a slice, there is a great danger to the men's tee on hole 4 to meet with the driver almost vertically from above.
Furthermore, the hiking and cycling trail is on the one proposing the same place across relatively frequently traveled by vehicles and Mopets.
You can off the tee because of the forest cover retracting wheels do not recognize.
Also, the last hole is relatively dangerous (152 yards to the green). While it is good to see, but I advise you to leave the 5-iron in the bag and attack the green not directly, since otherwise one has to strike a length that the terrace of the club and its right side, which is only sparsely protected by a network can meet.

Conclusion:

Plus:
To play a great place situated on which I advise in any case, because he is simply unique and suuuper lot of fun. Do not play long, but provide only short irons as far as you can see.
Very friendly staff.

Minus:
Chaotic pricing for players from Germany. Previously called me a different price every time. The space should be transformed into parts, in my view, any "boxes" to get that permit alternative deductions for a second round, and cooperation with the tourism appears to be completely glitch me.
There is no voucher offer tee times, family deals, week holiday tickets, regional green fee cards, cooperation with the Swiss Holiday Park, Rendal or Apart Holidays etc. etc. so for players from Germany there is a value for money, that I bring to the point: You should definitely "ONCE" play there.

Wants beautiful game
