Characteristics
A scenic location in the heart of Switzerland, Axenstein Golf Course has been known for the past 80 years. The course lies 700 metres (2,300 feet) above sea level. In 2006/2007, a 9 hole course (par 31) was recreated on the historic terrain challenging for everyone and a jewel of a clubhouse (open to the public). Stay with us for the day, bring your E-Trolley or a bag to carry. Rent equipment is available.

9 holes course requiring shotmaking with short irons and precise tee shots. Hilly with a few blind shots and big changes in elevation. The small greens will reward good approaches and the narrow fairways make for many options in club selection. Challenging landscape with incredible views. Very friendly staff, great clubhouse facilities, and an excellent restaurant with a nice terrasse. Play Axenstein to enjoy a relaxing round of golf, an athletic walk, and to score very well when your game is on. Difficult not to smile when in Axenstein!

The course is short, but still a nice challenge. Straight, precise play is particularly in demand. The panorama up here is simply incomparable.
