Classic French

Classic French charm, wide fairways, fast greens. A relaxing walk with plenty of character.

Mixed feelings... before the closure?

We, both with handicap scores of 11, played the course on September 16,2025. The access road is full of potholes, the clubhouse is showing its age and looks unkempt. They're cutting corners; even when we asked for a scorecard, they only gave us one, as they didn't have any more! After the round, there's only hot water in the women's showers; the men's showers are cold. There are no towels provided. The Course Rouge is flat, wide, and offers little in the way of spectacle, apart from the strong wind on the day we played. The back nines, known as Blanc, are beautifully hilly with very interesting holes. The quality of the course is good, at least as long as you lie on the short-cut areas. It's a shame they aren't making more of it. If we were ever in the region again, we would play again.

The far too expensive place lives from its past glory

The course now costs 125 euros. It's not worth it. Poorly maintained, unfair greens, and ultimately boring.
