Located close to Freiburg and at the foot of the Black Forest, this place is sensational with all it has to offer. By this I mean the golf course with its challenging greens and extensive fairways, the training area with a driving range, short game, putting green and, for the winter, the hall. I also mean the golf school with 4 pros, which meets all requirements. The clubhouse is elegant and functional at the same time. I would particularly like to highlight the club restaurant with its excellent Thai cuisine and very friendly staff.

The first two lanes are up and down once, without any idea, the fairways are green fields, better laying is allowed. However, the greens on the whole square are a real pleasure, very well designed, undulating and in very good condition. The tee-offs on the new tracks are perfect, on the other ten tracks they left the old ones. That doesn't really fit. The paths from the greens to the tees are bad, you still have to cross fairways. You have to park the car at a pair of five, walk 150 meters past a barbed wire fence to tee off and then return to the place where you parked it. Who has come up with something like that, a harmonious par 4 and a par of 71 would have been better.
I don't know of any place that is so fragmented. The old design was quite a contortion, but now all harmony is gone. The sad conclusion is then the way from the Seventeen to the last lift, certainly 350 meters, felt 500 meters. The players with carts then drive behind the walking golfers of the previous flight, somehow bizarre. For those who always play here it has to be said: learn to suffer without complaining.
