This course in the desert - in the Coachella Valley - belongs to the ClubCorp which operates over 200 courses of its own. Our friends are members of the Shadowridge and can play here for free - we are their guests.
It is a very good course in a large very well maintained condominium. There is enough space, the houses do not disturb, they frame this course.
We had great fun, on the longest par 3 - 227 yards slightly downhill - very little - a ball width - was missing for the champagne festival. Everyone played well, the balls all wanted to experience more.
The beautiful and large clubhouse invites you to linger.
Care and maintenance is very good, everything that is watered is green, the rest gray.
On this California trip, it is often rather cool - even cold - and there are always precipitation - completely different than in 2013 and 2014.
