Have on 31.1. played the place, but I can only think of one word: chaotic!
Starting with the reception: the lady was more concerned with herself than with the numerous guests with the result that already posted the first traffic jam here.
Next we went to the Caddy Master: there were too few carts available. This could be his vehicle only 5 minutes!!! receive before the scheduled T-time.
The effective tee was then delayed by 20 minutes.
At hole 2 then the first traffic jam: 5 min. Waiting time.

The back 9 you noticed that there was more played, the quality of the fairways left noticeably. And on the greens weeds had to be overcome in several places!
